Movie Review:

Intouchable

Intouchable is a French movie released in 2011 directed by Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano. This movie was inspired by the life of Philippe Pozzo Borgo and his relationship with Abdel Yasmin Sellou in 1993. The actors are François Cluzet who plays the role of Phillipe and Omar Sy who plays the role of Driss. The actors are very great. Phillipe is someone who is very serious, who interested in art, unlike Driss who likes laughing and having fun . In a funny scene, the two men look a painting and Phillipe wants a chocolate and Driss replied «No arms, no chocolate» . The film is a success because it’s a mixture bewteen laugh and learns. It showed the difference between someone disabled and someone who can help.

Synopsis

It's the story of two different persons from two different background. One, Driss, is Senegalese and he has finished to purge his six months of punishment. He lives in Paris suburbs. The other, Phillipe, is a rich quadriplegic. Philippe commits ( je ne sais plus ce que je voulais dire ) Driss as an home health care worker even though he has no training.

My opinion
Is it a very beautiful movie between two person. Is it very comic, I laughed a lot. It’s it also sad and touching, I cried a bit of the end of the film.
